I have learned so much on my journey in triathlon and love to take every opportunity I can to share it with others. I began coaching in 2014 and since then I have had the opportunity to work with some very amazing athletes and people.
There are no secret key workouts in my training. I believe in smart, proven, consistent training month-over-month, year-over-year, and preparing athletes for the specific demands of their races. Using the Training Peaks platform, I provide weekly customized training plans to complement each individual’s lifestyle and needs. The demands of our jobs, making time for family, athletic experience and health history are all taken into account. Nothing magic happens on race day; my goal is to prepare you to execute the race that is a true reflection of the hard work you have put in.
I offer one level of coaching. It includes:
- Weekly customized training plan specific to your needs
- Race prep and strategy consultation before “A” races
- Quick response time to all athlete-initiated communication
- Nutrition tips and advice for optimizing recovery, prepping for workouts and for fueling in training and on race day
- Coached weekly track sessions for local athletes
