If you are familiar with my style of racing and how I have found success, then you know it involves a blistering bike split. Over the years I have invested a significant amount of time into learning how to become more efficient on the bike (faster for the same effort). It’s not quite as simple as going to your local bike shop and pulling out your cheque book. Efficiency on the bike can be found in many places, some you wouldn’t even expect. Whether your budget to invest into this aspect of the sport is small or large, most likely there are places that you can improve. Sometimes the biggest gains can be made for a relatively small cost.
If you are interested in reviewing your current race day setup with me and finding out how you can find some “free” SPEED on the bike, I offer equipment consulting services. Get in touch to find out more.
